SJZ series Pneumatic Vertical Shaft Drilling Rig
Pneumatic shaft drill is a special mechanized rock drilling equipment for shaft excavafion. It is powered by compressed air and adopts hydraulic transmission. All actions are mechanized. Drill rod moving fast, accurate and stable, and YGZ-70 independent rotary drifter has a high drilling efficiency, and other types of drifter is opfional.
Its hydraulic stafion is supplied by the oil pump driven by air motor, and the multi-way valve controls the cylinders to fix the column in shaft and the position of feed on working face. Every cylinders have hydraulic lock to realize the accurate positioning. With rigid boom, feed and parallel moving mechanism, the drilling accuracy and efficiency are improved, and worker's physical labor is reduced. Using cylinder and steel wire rope feeding type, feeding force can be adjusted, the pulling up force is large, the work is stable, can meet different rock hardness. It can reduce air motor quantity and noise. All cylinders are standard except feeding one.
